Our offices are located in the Columbia Tower, the tallest building in the Northwest. Located in the heart of Seattle's Financial District, on the corner of Columbia Street and 5th Avenue. Actually, this building occupies the entire city block - between 4th and 5th Avenues to the west and east, and Columbia and Cherry Streets to the north and south.
PUBLIC TRANPORTATION
Both the James Street Metro Bus Tunnel, Amtrak station and Washington State Ferry Terminal are close by.

INTERSTATE 5 SOUTH
     South
1. Take James Street exit (165- A).
2. At end of exit pull into right lane of 6th Avenue
3. Take first right turn onto Columbia Street and move to left lane.
4. Columbia Tower is on the southwest corner of the 5th and Columbia intersection.

     North
1. Take James Street exit (164).
2. At end of exit continue straight until you come to Columbia Street.
3. Turn left onto Columbia.
4. Make sure you are in the left lane before you reach 5th Avenue.
Parking garage is on the south side of Columbia Street between 5th and 4th avenues.
